Maclean’s Bridge at Lakeside has stall spaces available for products and/or services that are of interest to the sports and classic car community.
Stall rentals range from $150 to $200 for a small site (3m x 4m) and from $200 to $300 for a large site (6m x 8m). All sites are unpowered, but separate arrangements for power are possible. Larger areas are available by negotiation.
All stall owners are to provide their own gazebo or equivalent and are expected to decorate their site with brand signs – this is a Festival, and colourful displays are encouraged.
Stall infrastructure (tents/furniture/decorations) should be set up on Saturday (19 May 2012), although trading stock may be set up early on Sunday (20 May 2012). Some stalls may choose to operate on Saturday afternoon as enthusiasts will be in the park for the InterClub Regularity Championship. The major crowd will be on Sunday.
Security will be on the site on Saturday evening, but valuables should be removed from the stalls overnight.
Stalls should not attempt to set up from scratch on Sunday morning – we expect a rash of early arrivals (similar to 2011), and truck deliveries to sites in the Sunday morning will not be possible.
The attendance figures for 2011 were approximately 1300 display cars and 5000 people in the Park. For 2012 we are expecting to reach 1400 cars and 8000+ people in the Park.
People who attend Maclean’s Bridge at Lakeside are car enthusiasts.
